Help with you Order

I want to change my order

We're unable to make any changes to your order once your order has been packed and dispatched. This includes the following:

  • Changing item or sizes
  • Delivery/billing address
  • Shipping Method
  • Adding extra items   

We tend to ship our orders out from our warehouse as quickly as possible and have no longer than 24 hours before it's dispatched. After the order has been sent, you'll have to contact the carrier directly to change your delivery address. 

Otherwise, you'll have to follow our returns process. You can find our returns policy here.

*IF YOU INPUT THE INCORRECT ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT AND THE ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN DISPATCHED, WE CANNOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE IF THE ORDER GOES MISSING. WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO REFUND/REPLACE THIS ORDER*

You've sent me the wrong Item 
In the event you received the wrong items in your package, please contact us immediately with the following information so that we can rectify our mistakes:
  • Your order number
  • items you did not receive
  • items you received instead
  • a clear photograph of your package

Once received, we will process the information and our Customer Support team will sort this out for you ASAP! You may be asked to return the incorrect items back to us through our Returns process. Please ensure the items still remain in original packaging and are in good condition.

ALL CLAIMS FOR INCORRECT ORDERS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE. 

I am missing an item from my order

In the event you are missing an item from your order in your package, please contact us with the following information and our team will resolve it for you:

  • Order Number
  • Name of item missing
  • A clear picture of the package *optional*

Once we've received your claim, our Customer Support will sort this out for you ASAP.

ALL CLAIMS FOR ORDERS WITH MISSING ITEMS NEED TO BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE.
